1. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MyDailyTaskList™ ("MyDailyTaskList" or "MDTL"), which is operated by SFV LLC. By creating an account or using MyDailyTaskList, you agree to these Terms and the policies described on this page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a MyDailyTaskList account.

What MyDailyTaskList Does

MyDailyTaskList is an AI-assisted planning and productivity service. It helps organize project information, prioritize work, and generate suggested task lists based on information you provide.

Generated tasks are suggestions. MyDailyTaskList does not guarantee that a task is the best, safest, most important, most efficient, or most appropriate action for your circumstances.

Your Decisions and Safety

AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing your task list and deciding whether, when, and how to act on any suggestion.

Tasks involving tools, equipment, vehicles, electrical systems, physical activity, property, travel, repairs, or other potentially hazardous activities may involve risks not apparent to MyDailyTaskList. Use appropriate judgment, training, protective equipment, manufacturer instructions, permits, and qualified professional assistance when appropriate.

Professional and High-Stakes Matters

MyDailyTaskList is not a medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, engineering, or safety professional and does not provide professional advice in those fields.

Do not rely on MyDailyTaskList as your sole system for critical deadlines, appointments, payments, legal obligations, medical matters, safety requirements, or other high-stakes responsibilities.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. You agree to use MyDailyTaskList lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our systems, or others; to investigate suspected misuse; to comply with applicable obligations; or to address a material violation of these Terms.

Your Projects and Content

Your projects are yours. You retain your rights in project titles, descriptions, updates, and other information you submit to MyDailyTaskList.

You give SFV LLC permission to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, maintain, and provide MyDailyTaskList and its requested features.

You should only submit information you have the right to use and should not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, financial-account credentials, protected health information, or other information that is unnecessarily sensitive or confidential.

Generated Content

You may use task lists and other output generated for you by MyDailyTaskList, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI systems may generate similar or identical output for different users. SFV LLC does not claim ownership of your underlying project information.

MyDailyTaskList Intellectual Property

MyDailyTaskList, its software, branding, design, service features, and other proprietary materials belong to SFV LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be updated, modified, replaced, or discontinued as the service develops.

MyDailyTaskList is a productivity service and should not be treated as a permanent archive. Maintain independent copies of information that is important to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SFV LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or speculative damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of MyDailyTaskList.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of SFV LLC arising from or relating to MyDailyTaskList will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to SFV LLC for MyDailyTaskList during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Claims

You are responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful use of MyDailyTaskList, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit that unlawfully infringes the rights of another person.

Applicable Law

These Terms and your use of MyDailyTaskList are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited by agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as MyDailyTaskList develops or as legal, operational, or security requirements change. When a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice as appropriate. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the current version.

2. Privacy

We collect and retain information only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, improve, or develop MyDailyTaskList, comply with applicable obligations, or understand the service through aggregated or de-identified analysis.

Information We Process

Depending on how you use MyDailyTaskList, we may process account information, project titles and descriptions, project history, task updates, availability and planning preferences, generated task lists, subscription status, and technical or usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide requested features, maintain accounts, generate task lists, support users, process subscriptions, prevent misuse, secure the service, diagnose problems, and improve MyDailyTaskList.

Private Project Content

We do not sell your personal information or private project content. We do not use your private project content for advertising.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how MDTL is used, improve the service, develop new features, evaluate service performance, and identify opportunities for future products or services.

We take reasonable steps designed to prevent aggregated or de-identified information from identifying individual users.

AI Processing

MyDailyTaskList uses third-party artificial intelligence service providers to generate and improve the task lists and other AI-powered features you request.

When you use these features, information relevant to your request, such as project titles, project descriptions, project history, updates, availability, and planning preferences, may be transmitted to and processed by those providers.

We limit information sent for AI processing to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature. We do not authorize our AI service providers to use your private project content for advertising.

Our current AI service provider does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default. Information processed through the AI service may be retained temporarily by the provider for service, security, abuse-prevention, or legal purposes in accordance with the provider's applicable terms and data-handling practices.

Service Providers

We use service providers to help operate MyDailyTaskList, including providers for hosting, database and authentication services, artificial intelligence processing, payment processing, and other technical or operational services. These providers process information as needed to perform services on our behalf.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. MyDailyTaskList does not need to store your full payment-card number to provide subscription services.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information while reasonably necessary to provide and maintain your account and for legitimate operational, security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Canceling a paid subscription does not delete your account or project information. If you request deletion of your account, associated personal and project information will be deleted, de-identified, or scheduled for deletion through our normal processes, except for limited information we may be required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in routine backups or technical systems until those systems complete their normal retention cycles.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requirements; to protect the security or integrity of the service; or to protect the rights and safety of users, SFV LLC, or others.

3. Subscription & Billing

MyDailyTaskList may offer optional paid subscription plans. Current pricing, features, and plan limits are displayed before purchase.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment processor to charge the displayed subscription price, plus applicable taxes if any, at purchase and at each renewal.

You may change plans through available account-management options. When changing plans, the timing and amount of charges or credits may depend on the billing system and the effective date of the change.

Downgrading a plan does not intentionally delete your project information. If your account contains more projects or features than the lower plan permits, access to some functionality may be restricted until your account is within the applicable plan limits.

If a payment fails, our payment processor may retry the charge, and access to paid features may be restricted until billing is resolved. A failed payment does not by itself delete your account or projects.

We may change subscription prices in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before a price change applies to a future renewal where required or appropriate.

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a paid MyDailyTaskList subscription at any time through the available subscription-management tools.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, your paid access continues through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Canceling your subscription does not delete your MyDailyTaskList account or project information. Account deletion is a separate action.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may provide refunds or credits when appropriate for confirmed billing errors, duplicate charges, unusual circumstances, or when required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, contact us so we can investigate and correct any confirmed duplicate charge.

5. AI Use & Limitations

MyDailyTaskList uses artificial intelligence to organize information, prioritize work, and generate suggested tasks. AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or produce incomplete or inappropriate suggestions.

Always review your task list before acting.

The appearance of a task in MyDailyTaskList does not mean that the task is safe, necessary, legal, complete, or appropriate for your circumstances.

For activities involving physical safety, tools, equipment, electrical systems, vehicles, repairs, construction, chemicals, property, or similar risks, MyDailyTaskList is intended to assist with planning rather than provide step-by-step safety instructions. Follow appropriate training, manufacturer guidance, protective-equipment requirements, permits, and qualified professional advice where appropriate.

MyDailyTaskList does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, engineering, or other professional advice.

Information relevant to your project may be processed by a third-party AI provider as necessary to provide AI-powered features. Additional information about this processing is provided in the Privacy section above.

6. Account & Data Management

Your MyDailyTaskList account is separate from your paid subscription status.

Cancellation is not deletion. Downgrade is not deletion. Explicit account deletion is deletion.

If you cancel a paid subscription or allow it to expire, we may retain your account and project information so that you can return to MyDailyTaskList without rebuilding your projects.

If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, we do not intentionally delete projects solely because they exceed the new plan limit. Some functionality may instead be restricted until the account is within the applicable limits.

You may request deletion of your MyDailyTaskList account by contacting support. When an account is deleted, associated personal and project information is deleted, de-identified, or scheduled for deletion through our normal processes, except for limited information we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or similar legitimate purposes.

Aggregated or de-identified information that is no longer reasonably associated with you may be retained.

MyDailyTaskList is not intended to serve as a permanent archive. Maintain independent records of information that is important to you.
